Chief Executive Officer

Greg Moseley began a career in the copier industry in 1975 as a technician and has held positions of service management through 1982 when he began working for a major copier manufacturer.

Bud Karakey

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Bud Karakey joined NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in March of 2009 as VP of Operations. Since that time Bud has provided strategic focus in product design and development, market outlook as well as sales and marketing.

Bethany Sondeno

Director Virtual CFO Services

Bethany is a CPA with 15 years of experience, primarily in the public accounting arena. She spent 11 years working with NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in an external accountant capacity before joining the team full-time in 2019. Her years as a public accountant has provided a broad base of experience with a variety of industries, business sizes, and facets of the accounting profession.

Matthew Peters

Chief Technology Officer

Matthew Peters joined NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in May of 2002 as Systems Programmer. Since that time, he’s been promoted to Chief Technology Officer where he oversees all information systems resources and development for BEI.

Edward McLaughlin

Executive Advisor

Edward McLaughlin is an Executive Advisor with NEXERA a BEI Services Company . Ed has over 40 years of executive and management experience in the office imaging, automation and business services industries. He has broad experience in operations, turn around situations, product development, and supply chain simplification. He has led the strategic selection and execution of numerous successful mergers and acquisitions paying special attention to selecting complimentary and synergistic business cultures.

Dan Fink

Performance Analyst Manager

Dan Fink joined NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in January of 2011 as a Performance Analyst. Since that time Dan has been managing major accounts and manufacturers that are using NEXERA’s services and providing support and training to current customers.

Steve Sharkey

Performance Analyst

Steve Sharkey joined NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in July of 2005 as a Performance Analyst helping other dealerships with is experience and knowledge. Having been a former customer since 1994, NEXERA sought Steve to tap his real-world experience with their products.

Guy Worzel

Guy Worzel started with NEXERA (formerly BEI Services) in November 2004. With over 30 years of practical experience in the office equipment industry, Guy brings a wealth of knowledge to NEXERA that helps our customers every day.

Russ Greer

Performance Analyst

Russ brings 30 years of industry experience to NEXERA (formerly BEI Services). He was the founder and President of Alamo Copier Systems of New Mexico.

Stacey Romak

Training & Support Manager

Stacey Romak joined NEXERA (Formerly BEI Services) as a Customer Care Specialist in November of 2010. Since that time she has been providing training and support to all NEXERA customers. Stacey makes it her goal to ensure each NEXERA customer has a positive experience and receives the individual attention needed to get the most out of our exclusive solution suite.

Debbie LeFore

Director of Projects and HR

Debbie has been with BSC (now a NEXERA company) since 2011. She is extremely productive in a high volume, multitask environment, has strong organizational skills and the attention to detail needed to keep projects on track. Her ability to influence and motivate others is essential in her project management role.

Dondra Bott

Director of Transactional Accounting

Dondra has over 20 years’ experience working in service and contract administration. She specialized in assisting organizations in all transactional functions in the areas of contracts, service, and accounting, along with training employees with the best practices for our industry.

Jon Muller

Jon is a recognized change agent with a passion for process optimization through data intelligence and has designed many solutions that have played an integral part in efficiency, productivity, revenue generation and cost savings for his clients.
