Analyst – Client Support Lead

Job Title:  Analyst – Client Support Lead

Reporting to: Director of Operations

Nexera, powered by BEI Data, the leading Office Equipment Analytics software, is seeking an Analyst who services as a Client Support Lead within an assigned book of accounts.

The Role:

This position will involve serving as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting software utilization, providing sales support through demos and onboarding, and contributing to backend improvements and industry research.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to assigned clients by:

  • Support current customers with the utilization of our software solutions.
  • Perform reviews with customers to ensure proper usage of our solutions to ensure the best ROI.
  • Make recommendations and become a trusted advisor to dealership leaders.

Provide Sales Support to help acquire new clients by:

  • Support of new customers, with set up, training, and onboarding.
  • Lead demonstrations of software capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Assist Regional Director with sales support activities and product demonstrations.

Be a team player and contributor by:

  • Assisting with backend support of the software solution, including model mapping and usage tracking.
  • Assist analyst team in improving current and future solutions.
  • Being a student to the industry and understanding relationships and trends that impact our clients.

About You:

  • Prior experience using the Nexera platform is preferred.
  • A background in the Office Equipment (Copier / Print) Dealer Channel with at least 2 years of experience in the Office Equipment Industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the operational back end of a print technology.
  • Demonstrated time management while working remotely, and strong communication and critical thinking skills and can multitask.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to commit to occasional travel for business activities.

About Nexera:

At Nexera, we are a team of print industry professional passionate about helping print technology dealers be more profitable through a suite of software that helps them manage their operations.

The Role:

This position will involve supporting the product team with technical tasks, client onboarding, training materials, software support, content creation, industry research, and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute various technical tasks for the product team; including developing and updating technical user manuals and training videos
  • Assist with backend support of the software solution, including model mapping and usage tracking.
  • Support Analysts team with client onboarding and support of client inquiries and training needs.
  • Support Regional Director with execution of webinars and development of client recognition programs.
  • Capture and help track leads and contract expirations within the company CRM.
  • Assist with generating content for company blogs, social media and customer communications.
  • Create and manage a system of standard work, job aids, and training presentations and videos.
  • Become a student to the industry by engaging in dealer channel education and understanding trends, relationships and competitors.
  • Help track and analyze client utilization for Analysts team.
  • Prepare and manage internal reporting as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in technical writing.
  • Background in the Office Equipment (Copier / Print) Dealer Channel.
  • Demonstrated time management and critical thinking skills, can multitask.
  • Experience with excel, graphic creation tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Can commit to occasional travel for industry events or company meetings.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
