Instructor-led training sessions are delivered at your company location. You will work individually with an experienced NEXERA Services Performance Analyst to create a training program that is tailored to fit your company’s unique needs. The goal of these visits is to provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to use NEXERA products to improve service department performance and save your company money.

In these sessions, employees will benefit from customized training, real-world examples, and real-time Q&A.


Web-based training sessions are administered through the use of GoTo Meeting or GoTo Webinar. These sessions are regularly scheduled and attendance is open to all NEXERA customers. Training sessions offered cover a variety of topics pertinent to BEI Services products. All sessions are hosted by a NEXERA professional who will guide attendees through the material. There is also the opportunity for open Q&A throughout the session to discuss the material presented, and the business impact of our products.


Web-based video tutorials are available to all users so you can learn at your own pace. These tutorials give both a general and in-depth overview of the information provided in NEXERA reports and products. Users can review the videos as needed, repeating critical information on-demand to maximize retention of the information provided.


Product documentation is also available for your reference. These manuals provide an in-depth explanation of NEXERA Reports to aid in your understanding of the product.
